The Mustang nameplate turned 60 this year and Ford is celebrating.
Ford in April revealed a 60th Anniversary Package for the 2025 Mustang GT Premium, and on Friday the automaker said the package will be available in combination with Brittany Blue paint.
The striking color was first offered on the Mustang in 1967 and revived just for the anniversary package. Buyers can also choose from the previously announced colors Wimbledon White, Race Red, and Vapor Blue.
A 2025 Mustang GT with the 60th Anniversary Package and finished in Brittany Blue will be on display at the 2024 Woodward Dream Cruise on this weekend.

Interested buyers will need to act fast as the 60th Anniversary Package will be limited to 1,965 examples in all, in a nod to the Mustang's first model year. Ford called the original a 1964 1/2 model, though state DMVs titled them as 1965s.
For the Brittany Blue color, Ford said buyers will need to register their interest via the Ford website from Aug. 16-19. The price for the complete car and package is $65,245.

While other 60th Anniversary Package cars can be ordered with either coupe or convertible body styles, the Brittany Blue color can only be ordered with the coupe and a 10-speed automatic transmission. Also included is the Mustang's 401A equipment package, performance exhaust, Brembo brakes, 3.55 limited-slip rear axle, 12-speaker B&O audio system, and Space Gray trim.
All 60th Anniversary Package cars receive unique 20-inch wheels, side graphics, a special grille that echoes the original Mustang's grille, and a numbered dash plaque. Custom badges with Vermillion Red and Ebony Black details are also included.
Ford Mustang Gauge Cluster - Mustang SVT Cobra design
Ford is also celebrating the Mustang's 60th anniversary by offering a digital gauge cluster design that matches the gauges used in the Mustang SVT Cobra built between 1999 and 2001. The design features white dials with blue backlighting.
It will be available for all 2024 Mustang owners with Automatic Software Updates turned “On” and set for a recurring schedule in the Software Updates Settings menu, Ford said. A similar retro design, this one matching the gauges used in the 1967 and 1968 Mustangs, has been offered since April.
