It may be Memorial Day but there’s still plenty of hot news to catch up on. MINI over the weekend revealed a cool little speedster concept that may just hint at a new sports car in the works at the British automaker. It was built by MINI and coachbuilder Touring Superleggera as a concept for the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.

Also on show at the Concorso was the Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato. The one-off supercar, based on Lamborghini Gallardo underpinnings, was commissioned by collector Albert Spiess and was built to help celebrate Zagato’s 95th anniversary this year.

Ryan Hunter-Reay took his second win of the 2014 IndyCar season at the weekend, emerging victorious in the 98th running of the famous Indianapolis 500. We’ve got the full results of the race.

You'll find all of this and more in today's car news headlines from around the High Gear Media network, right here at Motor Authority.
