Over the weekend BMW revealed its new 4-Series Gran Coupe, which is billed as a four-door version of the automaker’s 4-Series Coupe. It’s an impressive looking car, but we have to wonder whether it will hurt sales of the similar 3-Series sedan.

Super Bowl XLVII is now over, so here is a recap of all the auto-related ads that played during the game. There’s 12 in total, with advertised brands as diverse as Kia, Jeep and Maserati.

Mercedes-Benz has expanded its S-Class family with two new offerings: an S300 BlueTEC Hybrid and S350 BlueTEC 4MATIC. Both come with diesel engines and fuel economy of 40 mpg or better, based on European combined cycle testing.
