The Nissan Juke Nismo isn't on sale until early next year, but you can drive it now--virtually, at first, and then in real life.
Asphalt 7: Heat, the latest in the Asphalt series of mobile driving games, offers the Juke Nismo for your hoonish delight. And if you're the fastest driver in the Juke Nismo, you'll get a trip to drive the real Juke Nismo in Barcelona and a ride-along in the track-only Juke-R. Mobile gamers on iOS-powered devices can download the game for free December 8-9.
For those that have forgotten, the Juke Nismo is Nissan's street-bred performance version of the funky-fun Juke. Powered by a 1.6-liter turbo four, it generates 197 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque--13 hp and 7 lb-ft more than the standard Juke. That might not seem like much, but every little bit helps. It's available in both front- and all-wheel drive.
As a sort of corollary to Nissan's GT Academy, this Juke Nismo promotion with Asphalt 7 makes our radar. Whether we'll have the time or the skill to come out on top in Asphalt 7 is another matter entirely. Will you?
Also, if you're an iOS gamer and you haven't installed our app yet, you really should. It's all-new, and it's free.
