The biggest draw card for the Veloster is its funky quartet of doors. Hyundai calls it a three-door vehicle, but the Veloster has four doors in all, counting the hatchback, the driver-side door, and the pair of doors on its passenger side.
Under the hood is a 1.6-liter direct-injected four-cylinder engine that develops 138 horsepower and 123 pound-feet of torque, and is mated to Hyundai’s first dual clutch transmission in some versions. A six-speed manual is also available for those who like to shift their own gears.
