Rolls-Royce Provenance certified pre-owned vehicles
Anyone considering dropping a few hundred large on a used, ahem, pre-owned Rolls-Royce can now breathe a little easier as the automaker has launched a new certified pre-owned vehicle program dubbed Provenance.
To be classified under the Rolls-Royce Provenance scheme, a car has to meet exacting criteria set by Rolls-Royce and its team of factory-trained technicians. These technicians conduct a painstaking inspection procedure, including a full road test, to ensure that every Provenance car reaches the highest standards prior to delivery.
Cars must also have been maintained in strict adherence to Rolls-Royce servicing requirements to just be considered, and then they are only sold through certain authorized Rolls-Royce dealerships.
In addition to the detailed inspection, each Provenance car comes with an independently obtained vehicle history and unlimited mileage verification, together with a minimum 24 month warranty, fully inclusive servicing and 24-hour roadside assistance. Note that the roadside assistance is only available for Provenance cars of eight years of age or less.
Rolls-Royce is not alone in the luxury segment when it comes to certified pre-owned vehicle programs, with the likes of Maserati, Porsche and closest rival Bentley all offering similar schemes.
