Performance should be scintillating given the car’s 525 horsepower output in standard trim, or 557 horsepower when equipped with the available AMG Performance package. The latter sees acceleration from 0-62 mph take place in just 4.3 seconds--not bad for a five-seater sedan returning a combined EU cycle fuel economy of 23.7 mpg.
