Like the rest of the upgraded 911 range, the Targa models are expected to get primarily mechanical enhancements, including direct-injection engines, upgraded oil and water pumps, larger displacement and a new crankshaft. The dual-clutch PDK gearbox is also a shoe-in for the updates.
Visually, the Targa family will get some of the same updates as the rest of the range, which focus primarily on the lower portion of the body, with new fog lights, front intakes, new LED tail lights and a new diffuser in the rear. The Targa shown here was snapped by a reader at GermanCarScene. More pictures of the car are at their site.
